Physical fitness goes further than reps at the gym, don't forget to be creative! Do something you enjoy or you've never done. Always remember, chase progression.

Never forget the reasons WHY: Maybe it's long term health, mobility, energy, strength, discipline, gaining your self respect, playing with your children, being able to enjoy those meals, self confidence in the mirror/public, feeling like yourself again, conquering a bad habit, or being a good example. Whatever it may be, we must hold onto those reasons to push past the resistance that hits us in life and the gym.
